This is the old roll-off observatory built in 2003. It was approx. 100s.f. in size. It utilized a split roll-off design. I found this easier to construct because of the hill on one side, and the road on the other.

 

It burned to the ground along with 324 other homes on October 29th around 2:00pm (ref. image below).
