A Meade 16" LX200 GPS with standard coatings was ordered from O.P.T. on 04/22/2005. The
scope was delivered on July 17th, 2005 . It was mounted Alt-Az on a custom pier. Imaging is done
with the new Meade D.S.I. Pro which I received in April of 05. A Meade 0.33 focal reducer is used to shorten the
4064mm focal length down to 1224mm which yields a field of view of 10.4 x 13.7 arc-minutes . A Super-circuits PC-164 low
light camera is used thru the Meade 50mm finder. A 60mm refractor is also used as a finder. Scope/camera control is done
with Autostar Suite 3.19.
